    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this class for one who has self motivation. You get as much out of the class as you put in yourself. You have to be able to push yourself and work with others.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course for me was learning how to working out with other people. I learned that I am much stronger than I thought.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    You need to have the mind set that you can do it and you need to know that there will be pain but in the end it is very rewarding.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    It was a fun class because it was an all female strength class so you didn't feel uncomfortable. Since it was an all female class you could relax and work out and lift as much or as little as possible without feeling judged.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to push myself more and lift more then I thought I could. I also learned how to slow down and learned more about my body and what it could and could t handle

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    It is a workout class so you're going to have to push yourself. You're also going to get tired and not want to finish the workout but if you don't you're only cheating yourself.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This class was very fun. It was challenging, but the results were astounding. It really is worth all of the hard work during the class to get to the results you want.

    Course highlights:

    I learned the beginning of anatomy of the skeletal structure and I learned how to lift and run without completely destroying my body, all while learning the importance of exercise.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Keep at it. It really can be fun if you keep doing it. There will be days when you will feel like you don't want to do anything or you won't want to give 100% effort, but just power through them.
