    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Miller was the best teacher I ever had. He is passionate about what he teaches and teaches in a way that relates to real life. He has extremely high expectations for all of his students, but is always willing to help anyone who comes and asks for it.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much over the course of the year and I felt more prepared for college and going into get help when I needed it. I learned the value of purpose in everything you do and to be diligent in your work.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do the homework and go in and get help whenever you have questions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Valois made the class and the subject very interesting and gave me a desire to be an active learner everyday. She taught to everybody's learning style so nobody would be left behind in the learning process.

    Course highlights:

I learned such a strong foundation for going into pre-calculus. The way she taught finally made math make sense.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

One piece of advice I would give students is to make sure they do the homework every night. It really helps enhance what she teaches in class.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for students that love to look a math a different perspectives. He really gets deep into the concepts and asks deep questions. He had my class stumped a lot of times because of the questions that he asked. He also doesn't play around and gets straight to the point of things.

    Course highlights:

The main highlights of this course was solving different problems with methods. I learned that especially as he taught all of these different equations to use and things like that. Sometimes some of those equations were long and tedious to do and weren't very fun. I learned that he wants homework done on time and he is very passionate about that. He singled me out on the first day for not finishing my homework.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This is the advice that I would give to other students. Don't be late for class because that really upsets him. Really pay attention to what he says and do what he says. Make sure you write all the notes in class so that you know what to do for homework that night. Do and finish your homework. Study well. Don't get on his bad side.
