    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course since you learn more about how your body works, why is it important to consume certain nutrients and where to obtain them. We also discussed world-wide problems such as obesity in China and lack of resources in Africa and Mexico. I believe it is a really interesting class to take.

    Course highlights:

I learned many important fact about the Human body, things that everybody should know to live a healthy life, such as why it is important to get magnesium in order to elongate and contract muscles, the importance of proteins when it comes to building muscles, the different types of Cholesterol you can find in our body, etc

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It is not an easy class, so the student would need to really be motivated to take this class. I would recommend buying the materials they offer you, such as books, because that's where you will have to study from.
