    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I highly recommend this course. Not only is the course useful to your effectiveness in life, but this professor is inspiring. She works hard to make sure every student will succeed.

    Course highlights:

    Everything about this course was fantastic. I enjoyed it all. Mostly I enjoyed learning about the many ways to cope with stress because I could apply it to my own life.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take this course and really appreciate it. It is an easy A but if you really pay attention it also helps you in life.

    How to deal with stress, identifying why we act certain ways, service learning.

    Read the chapters and create notes, take advantage of the power points and test reviews.

    I learned how to work along side a group of people. It helped me become more socially involved with others.
