    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recomend it because it made me want to try to minor in Art History, the professor knows how to get you involved and makes you want to read the whole textbook.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about art from the renaissance through contemporary art. I think the semester long project also makes it effectivie in learning about what is going on in our world.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you enjoy Art History, have an open mind and make sure you have time to invest on the class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course. It is an interesting introduction to contemporary art. You will learn that art is much more than painting and sculptures. Not very difficult material, and every class is interesting. Very knowledgeable teacher.

    Course highlights:

I've learned a lot of new things about contemporary art! Very interesting course, and there is something for everyone. My favorite periods were the Renaissance and the Baroque periods. Instead of buying a textbook, she told us to save our money and go to an art museum, which she said would teach us more than a book.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep an open mind, you might not like every type of art. And take plenty of notes, it can become difficult to remember the different contemporary artists and their names. Also, you can watch the videos in the art lab and review the material.
