    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was insightful on an entirely different level that I have experienced in the past. I believe that all students should take course like this one for the sole fact that it allows students to understand the limits of the human psyche. I left this course understanding that we, as humans, are capable of anything given the proper circumstances.

    Course highlights:

Through this course I was able to look deeper into genocide as a phenomenon of nature. Understanding that genocide is not what we have been led to believe. There are so many factors that lead to the ultimate development of the tragedy. It is something that ironically enough does not discriminate; it can happen to anyone, and anywhere.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep an open mind when taking this course. The sensitivity of the topic will make you want to deny the concepts introduced and the boundaries this class will cross will make you feel uneasy. With an open mind you will able to experience this course in all of its glory.
