Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a very informative and useful course which teaches students the basics they must know about their own body and how to stay healthy by living an active lifestyle as well as how nutrition plays a vital role in our lives. It demands not only studying from the text, but applying what you have learned, physically at the gym which will count towards for overall grade for the course. This subject will teach students discipline, the importance of well-being and how to achieve it.

    Course highlights:

By taking this course, I learned many things about the human body that I hadn't even been taught in Biology class. I applied my knowledge by going to the gym, changing by diet and writing down all of my results in the time span of 4 months. By the end of the course, I had learned things such as how to check my pulse, measure my body mass index as well as how to calculate my daily calorie intake. I felt much more knowledgeable and healthier physically by the end of this course. But more importantly, I made a major change within my lifestyle during this course, one which has positively impacted me in many ways. The habits that I have acquired in this class will be used for the rest of my life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you would like to change your way of living, as well as learn how to improve your overall well-being while learning about the human body, I recommend you take this course. It requires a lot of active learning, reading and application in order to be 100% effective for oneself.
