    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course since it introduces you to the basics and non too basics of chemistry.

    Course highlights:

Because the last time I took chemistry was 4 years ago when I was in High School in Spain, this class was not easy at all at the beginning, however; if you dedicate it time and commit yourself to it, you will pass.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class and do not be ashamed of asking the professor any questions about something you do not understand.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Course material was very thorough. Professor was good at explaining course material. A lot of dedication is needed to pass since the accompanied work load is heavy and difficult.

    Course highlights:

This course encompassed general chemistry 1 and 2, organic chemistry 1 and 2 and biochemistry. It didn't go in depth into each but did skim over the main topics of each. I learned how to convert between units including Avogadro's and moles. I finished by learning the 20 amino acids of biochemistry.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Don't fall behind and don't procrastinate. The material is difficult so seek any help possible.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

In my opinion he was a very arrogant teacher that would find time to pretty much make fun of students that were not doing well. I really did not like him at all.

    Course highlights:

He tries to make chemistry fun by making jokes, and sometimes they're hilarious!

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

His accent is a little much, but you grow accustomed to it.
