    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class was excellent. I learned a lot of information, but it didn't burden my courseload. I felt like there was a reasonable amount of material and the tests were simple and intuitive

    Course highlights:

I think the highlights were both the course material and the instruction provided by Professor Patton. The things learned in this class can be used everyday as the advice on nurtrition is very practical

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Just study the PowerPoints no need to get a book

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because I became more aware of what I eat and I was inspired to eat healthier.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were learning about how certain foods affect my body and how spreading awareness can help lower the growing obesity rate in the U.S.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend paying attention to the lectures in classes, and take notes if you want. You don't have to buy he book, but make sure to study everything from the power points.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because in college many students don't realize the harmful things they are eating in order to stay energized for class or a test. When really you just need to eat the right kinds of foods in order to keep going!

    Course highlights:

In this course I've learned about carbs, proteins, and lipids. These macro molecules provide energy and help you stay active if eating the recommended amount.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Advice I would give to students would be to study what was spoken in class right after because if can be forgotten easily. It's a lot of memorization and understanding but in the end it will all click. Also study before class to refresh your mind is important in case new topics will be taught.
