    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I will definitly recommend this course, is amazing , study your mind, go further with it.

    Course highlights:

I learned that the only way to get away from stress is by being dead, even if you isolate your slef from the world, isolation will become stress eventually. We just need to learn how to deal with stress.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My overall tip, is to pay attention to your teacher, he will say somethings that are not written in the text book, be open to learn , and explore your mind you can do so many things with it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because this class will really help you live youright life. in addition, this class is only about you. nobody will tell you that you are wrong or right. because nobody can't tell you how to live your life

    Course highlights:

I learn a lot, how to not be pessimist in every difficulty I have faced all my life. we should be proactive, ways to not procrastinate, how to get through of the tyranny of should. I learn a lot and I am still learning.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

you should focus on what the teacher said. you really need to get the book, without the book you don't do nothing because all the class is in the book. Don't give up when you don't understand something, ask your teacher for help.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is incredibly interesting. The professor relates topics to everyday life. It is sometimes a bit difficult to understand but he is a great guy and goes over everything.

    Course highlights:

I learned about how childhood experiences really impact how you behave for the rest of your life. I also learned that you are influenced biologically and environmentally but it is not a determinant of who you are, you make your own choices.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention to the lectures! The exams are open-book so where everything is will be a great help when taking the exam.
