Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor spends the right amount of time during lectures and demonstrates the things we learn in class with real life experiments. The exams are based on anything we learn in class and he spends time making sure we are all on board with the new content.

    Course highlights:

We learned about the components of matter and Stoichiometry of formulas and equitations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To do the online homework and quizzes on time because it counts for Percentage of the grade.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for any student going into a medical job. Chemistry 1 was one of the best classes I have taken. Difficult material at first, but if you constantly study and apply yourself I assure you, you will pass with flying colors!

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning how things around you can be manipulated. I enjoyed being taught solution stoichiometry and dilutions, which you can use in your everyday life!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would strongly advise any of you who would like to take this course, to study thoroughly and make sure you understand the material given to you. If you do not understand, do not wait until the last minute. Seek help from your teacher, classmates, or get a tutor.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Chemistry is not an easy subject but the professor makes it all the worth while. I recommend you do all the homework. One thing that I have found so helpful is rewriting the notes that I took in class. I noticed it helps me retain better the things she said and I recall them better on the exam. This professor will do everything she can to help you learn! Must take her!

    Course highlights:

I learned so much on the subject of Chemistry. The class challenged me , changed me and definitely allowed me to make friends that are all in the same field as I am and I am still in contact with them today. The greatest thing I can say I took from this class is that it taght me that nothing is ever too hard as long as you work hard enough to conquer it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Just when you think you've worked your hardest, you still have more. That 's something I have then applied to every college course and has made all the difference in my academics.
