Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This course was not only very insightful but it was a subject that is very practical in our everyday life. I have always been into sports and fitness but this nutrition class opened my eyes to how our body really works and reacts to different foods. Many of us think we know how are nutrition is but in really we don't, I highly recommend this class.
Our nutrition project. It was a one week journal and analysis of our nutrition. after recording every meal and nutritional elements for a week I realized the damage I was doing to my own body through my diet.

Prepare to be shocked. As well as you will get very hungry taking the course when the professor show images of food.
