Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is isn't exactly what you may think that it's going to be. It's very exciting and very informal. I’ve learned things in this class that I now apply to my everyday life. For instance, the way that you start your day can either have a positive or negative impact on the reminder of your day. So it’s best to try and have a positive mindset no matter what happens.

    Course highlights:

Besides learning how to have a positive mindset, I've learned to practice stress relief techniques. Such as breathing in through my nose and out through my mouth. It tends to calm your nerves and relax your muscles.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

One tip that I can definitely give is that when it comes to the tests, the key is to read the entire chapter that the instructor has given. Heed my warning, because usually every single thing in each chapter that you are supposed to read is going to be on the test.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She teaches this class in a way that you feel motivated and excited to continue learning about the human mind and other systems. It helps open your eyes, like a spiritual awakening.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot. I got to know more about the brain, psychological disorders, emotions, why we dream and think the way we do. It's a lot of new things.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It's fun, but study. You still have to take tests and pass the class and do your assignments.
