    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Amazing class. Teachers care about your success not only in the class but as a person, Teaches there is more to a student than studying and going to class. The class goes deep down into anxiety and mental patterns and how ways of thinking play a huge part in the success of a student in college and beyond.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course were learning good focusing skills and how to manage your time, think in ways that maximize output of work and effort and learning to master negativity.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would give students advice to keep an open mind and be willing to try to change yourself for the better. Take the habits and take the information with you to help you in your life.

    It teaches you to understand your learning styles and personality and how they relate to your academic performance and success. It teaches you tools to overcome obstacles and apply methods to complete courses successfully. It helps you choose a career path.

    Advice for students:

    Don't miss class, every single session is a wealth of knowledge. There is no wrong or right. It is an investment onto yourself. It motivates you to do better and empowers you to face difficult courses, home situations, difficult professors, head on.
