    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Biology is an important class to take because it is important to know how evolution works and DNA. Ms. McGimpsey is a great teacher and makes Biology easy to understand.

    Course highlights:

There are a lot of labs which really helped me learn because interactive and hands on is the best way to learn science. I learned a lot about DNA, and genes and how they work and where they come from. This class made me love science.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep all of the notes and packets, highlight everything, you will need those for tests. Pay attention because biology is a tricky subject and it is easy to get lost in the lesson when so many things are being explained at once.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Biology is not one of my passions. However it taught me a lot about genetics, plants, animals, and the world around me. Even though biology is a required course, I would recommend it to students because it is the basis of all living things.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was being able to learn and understand the basis of all living things. In other words, why things are what they are, and what we are genetically made of as humans.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be to re-write notes from class at home, use note cards, and go to extra help whenever you do not understand anything. Going to extra help allows for one on one time with your teacher as well as a deeper understanding of the content being covered in class.
