    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would absolutely recommend this course. It challenged me to become a better writer and gave me the opportunity to read a number of great books I never would have chosen on my own.

    Course highlights:

You read and discuss a lot of poetry. Without realizing, that helps your writing and also helps you decipher books you’re reading, which again help you on tests and things of that sort.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always read the books! It can seem boring since you didn’t choose the book you’re reading, but that’s what makes it interesting. Always study for the vocabulary tests, they come in handy when writing essays.
