    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class definitely covers some difficult material, but if you work hard and study hard for each test, it is definitely possible to earn a good grade. The teacher has a great personality and creates a great connection with the students.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about cells, down to how they create energy and replicate DNA. This class taught very interesting topics that I would absolutely recommend. I also learned a lot about time management and how important it is to study in advance rather than cramming the night before.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to pay attention in class and do all the worksheets. Also, do the study guides while reading the textbook chapters (which are absolutely important for success!) so that you can have a detailed study guide to use to study for the test.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you're interested in pursuing a career in the medical field, I highly recommend taking this course before you enter college! Though Mr.Herndon is not the best at teaching material, he is a very likable and personable teacher, making it easy to come to him whenever you have questions. Additionally, if you find that you're struggling in this course or don't enjoy the material, it can help clarify whether the medical field will be right for you or not!

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of life lessons and the importance of time management. It was a very reading intensive class so I had to manage my time to ensure I learned the curriculum.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you at least read the chapter summaries and take a look at biologycorner.com! That's where he got a lot of his quizes
