Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would not recommend this course because the demands placed on the students are completely unreasonable. The professor expects her students to be at her beck and call, and has on multiple occasions sent out emails with new homework past 9 o'clock pm on a Sunday expecting students to come to class with it. Further, the teacher has clear favorites.
We learned Spanish and Cuban history. We did some grammar (I personally feel as though it would have been more helpful if we focused more on grammar than culture). Mostly this course discussed Hispanic culture and its idiosyncrasies.

Advice for students:
The only way to get an A is to participate every single opportunity you get. Also, remember to brush up on your grammar in your own time.
