    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Although rather rigorous, I find that AP Govt is one of the most insightful government class that I have taken. I now have a new mindset on the United States government.

    Course highlights:

A new insight on the US government, best supported by tying into present day issues.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to participate in th class, as it is the bulk of the course, and make sure to take very good notes and study vigorously.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Many people have mixed opinions about Mr. Gawron. Personally, I find it hard to learn from him. He is very knowledgeable about government and politics, and he explains things in a way many people cannot understand. Also, he is very opinionated in class discussions and you can easily tell where he stands politically. He also uses the word "irregardless," which to me is unacceptable.

    Course highlights:

I was able to learn and become more opinionated when it came to politics, but it was difficult considering he's very one-sided. I would recommend this course if you don't mind having an 80 average when you're used to having a 95.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

His only homework is doing the notes from each chapter, so that's a plus. I recommend doing the notes yourself because that makes the tests easier, but if you want, you can easily copy them from someone else.
