Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

World Ap history definitely gives you a taste of college in those 2 semesters. The work load is rigorous and the book is rather austere, but you will more than likely past with an A if you you turn in all of your work!

    Course highlights:

I learned how to manage my time wisely and spent most of it neck deep In homework, but I survived! Ms. Parks does a great job at preparing her students for the Ap testing to receive your college credit and preparing them for college.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell incoming students to never get behind on reading and use your notcards as a study tool. I would also recommend getting your friends together and forming a study group because more information seems to get through while having fun with your friends!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is a great way to earn college credit in high school. It is also interesting to learn about the other regions of the world.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed studying the social structures and looking at social and political problems. Ms.Parks did a great job in this chapter.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you want to succeed in this course you HAVE to stay on top of the assigned reading and charts or document analysises that go along with the reading. To do well on the exams it is key to plan out plenty of time to study so that you really understand the information because it can be complex at times.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I love this course. As my first AP class it was very challenging, but the amount of information I learned in a year was incredible, and it really set forth the pace I would need to work at for other future AP courses

    Course highlights:

Being able to learn about common misconception of history was definitely a highlight.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not think this course is just going to be a breeze. This is not like pre ap classes, this is the real deal. Everything you will learn will be crucial for the AP exam, so you need to constantly pay attention.
