Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course! This was my favorite class junior year. I was able to share my opinions in a safe environment and get closer to people that I hadn't known before.

    Course highlights:

Throughout the whole school year we learned different AP words that were found on the AP Language and Composition test. We analyzed different pieces of literature and were taught how to pick up on literary devices. Not only did we learn about the basics of the English language, but we developed skills that we would need as we became adults. Mr.Stanberry and his student teacher gave us lessons on how to build our own resumes and how to carry ourselves when we went into interviews or new jobs.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you always read the material you're assigned. Never blow off your work and make sure that you give all of your assignments your all. Don't stress about the work and ask Mr.Stanberry for help when you need it because he will always be more than willing to help you.
