Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking Spanish II because I feel as if it gives a more in depth and thorough view into spanish. After taking Spanish I, I felt that the surface level things that we learned weren't interesting, and I was convinced that I wouldn't enjoy the next step. Spanish II got a lot more in depth than Spanish I did, which I found much more interesting and helpful.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me were definitely the times when we would learn about Hispanic culture. I felt as if learning about people's real lives truly made learning the language much more fun and relatable.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students to not think of this course as an annoying required course, but instead as an opportunity to learn more about cultures other than our own. I feel as if this is very important to becoming a well rounded person, because if we stay in our own bubbles we are more prone to becoming closed minded and ignorant to the world around us.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it because colleges look for classes like this to show that you are willing to be bilingual and yes the class may be hard but in the end it will pay off. Some colleges require that you take a foreign language so it is best to do it for free in high school than pay for it in college.

    Course highlights:

I learned Spanish which is good because of all the people coming in to the country, it is good to know another language since the english language is no longer dominant in our country. I learned to take my time and I would eventually pick the language up which I am starting to do.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

If you plan on taking this course, study hard and pay attention. The harder you work, the more it will pay off in the end and you will be very happy about that. Pay attention in class because learning another language is not the easiest thing to do.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class did not make sense. The things we had to accomplish did not relate to what we needed to know. I walked out of the class knowing nothing. Although I have the foreign language credit, I am more confused now that I took Spanish.

    Course highlights:

Some highlights we did, the teacher tried to do cool things. We had traveling Thursday. On Thursdays, we would use our laptops and explore different Spanish countries. It was informational and interesting. Throughout the class, we discussed our certain country and related it to the class that day.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay more attention, also, take a different foreign language. The teacher was not that great in making sure the students understood what she was talking about. If you were to take this course, just try to get through it.
