    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to any student who wanted to experience literature more deeply, both in and out of a class setting. It was very time-consuming, but however much effort you put into it, you got back tenfold.

    Course highlights:

Reading Beloved by Toni Morrison and delving into the heavy symbolism and metaphorical style of prose was an incredibly enlightening experience. This course taught me how to recognize patterns in literature.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the reading, do the reading, do the reading. As long as you know what's going on, you will be able to analyze and process the material better in group discussions.
