Not too easy. Not too difficult.
The course is online and assignments and tests have a due date that spreads over four to five days. You are given plenty of time in advance to start early on assignments. It is very accommodating for someone whose working full time and has a family.
This course allows for you to gain knowledge of the differences between Medicare, Medicaid and private health insurance. I learned a lot about policy and laws that the average person in unaware of.

Advice for students:
This professor is not very good at answering questions. She responds to emails quickly, but her answers are as if she didn't even read the question. She only had a few virtual office hours, but they were at night and only at the beginning of the class. Without clear instructions, it's easy to miss due dates/assignment.
