Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

As a future Administator it is important to understand how to become effective in leading a successful school. It is important to learn how to make clear decisions without making it personal. It is also important to understand the team (Village) concept in order to be successful.

    Course highlights:

I am currently in this course. The highlights continue! The dialogue between student(s) and professor is vitally important. This helps with looking at other's perspective in situations that will occur in the school of academia. We really get a chance to hear other ideas as well as how the professor would handle certain situations given in his/her school setting.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give to other students is to go with an open mind! I would also add that hearing new perspectives will allow you to place this in your educational toolbox. This toolbox is with you throughout your career that you can use when situations arise.
