Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it allowed me to get a first hand experience of what a college level English class is like. Through this class, I was able to learn more about feminism and other related topics. I was able to write well-organized researched papers in MLA & APA format which prior to this class, I had no idea of how to do so. If a student's school offers an college level courses, it would be crucial that they engage themselves in it, that way they would be one step ahead and continue to excel in college.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning how to structure my paper in the correct format. I learned about the two different types of formats and also that MLA format is most commonly used for research papers.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students considering this course to learn time management. This is most important when it comes to deadlines, ensuring that your work is turned in on time. As a high school student, if you are given the opportunity to take a college level course, do not be afraid to ask questions because this is how you'll learn. If the professor makes a lot of corrections on your paper, do not feel as though your work wasn't enough maybe he/she did it because they see more potential in you and want to see you push yourself a little more, giving them that extra effort in your work.
