Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because when you get older, especially if you're a senior in HS, the teacher tend to not care about the students work. Most teachers are more likely to let students do whatever they want-using phone or talking to their friends. However, in this class I was able to learn things that we suppose to learn in school.

    Course highlights:

We read the book "Hamlet" by William Shakespeare. Not just read but we actually read the text in-depth to understand the meaning behind his story. Shakespeare used a metrical pattern in writing his book is not something a lot of people could understand.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read Shakespeare's book and search more about him and his background

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is taught by Mr.Shapiro who is a funny and thoughtful teacher. In his class, students learn about different type of literature works, such as novel and plays. Students will be able to analyze literature works.

    Course highlights:

By taken this class, I studied classical plays, such as Hamlet by Shakespeare. I tried to understand what the play was about and compare the original play version to different film version.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Students should always be prepared and thoughtful. They should spend more time on their own if they don't understand the play. They should ask Mr. Shaprio in class If they have any questions.
