Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

In the Finance course that I take I learn all about the economy, the business world and how this modern internationally financial system operates. Finance also, teaches kids on how to manage your money. I also, learn about accounting, (checks and balances), how to write a resume, Marketing (how to sell a product and grab customers attention) , and different types of insurance plans you need like health insurance, life insurance, house insurance, car insurance, etc.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course is learning how to save money, manage money and many different business opportunities and finance. I learned to save and manage money by putting my money into a bank account so it can gain interest overtime and I would have more money for any future investments that I choose to make. .

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give is in order for students to succeed in this course is to watch educational videos about finance or shows so you can grab a better concept and understanding of what you will be learning in finance. This is one of my most helpful tips that I did for myself. For example: If you research finance you will know one of the subjects you will be learning about is marketing. When selling a product, you have to market it the correct and successful way in order to grab the customer's attention for the product to sell and make money. When I started researching finance I wanted to watch videos on finance and I came across this show called 'Shark Tank" Shark Tank is a show where the contestants would show 5 people (who are well known as famous entrepreneurs) their product they made. Then they will have to persuade the entrepreneurs to invest in their product so the entrepreneur can help them grow their business. Once I watched an episode of this show I had a much better understanding of marketing so this is why I recommend watching videos or finding shows to that particular subject because it could help other fellow students the way it helped me. You have to be sure that this interests you so you can enjoy what you do and be successful at it.
