    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it teaches you a ot and helps you decide if you want to be in the chemistry field or not. However, this course is very challenging and takes a lot of your time. To get good grades one msut study more than 5 hours a week, and do their homework correctly and stay after school a lot.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the experimenting. We used acids and bases and other substances that when mixed together created a very interesting reaction.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give is to give it your all and try your hardest since it will look really good in a college application that you took an AP course that not many people pass.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for the structure of the class and the fundamentals of the course. This course has been able to teach the aspects of the sciences yet has been able to alter my learning behavior as a student. I was capable of finishing this course with the new skills of analysis and connection of ideas, as it became necessary of me to use them throughout the course year.

    Course highlights:

The highlights I had for this course include both the daily mini lessons as well as the lab work needed to be completed. The mini lessons had taught me of the best ways that I learn. This includes throughout the consistent use of notes as well as the necessity of me to take time on my own to review the concepts. The lab works were a highlight of the class, as it prepared me for group work and taking on certain roles of value. These lab procedures ensure that I am using all the knowledge i have and incorporating it throughout the group work that is necessary of me. These lessons were helpful for me in the means of the work that I needed for my summer internship

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The one advise I would give to students is to not hold back on their capabilities. The class is overall challenging. Yet it is the challenge that should bring the motivation to you. This challenge will bring the best out of you, and you should use this challenge to bring out success. You will be able to walk out of the class knowing more science, obviously, as well as having more confidence in yourself and your capabilities.
