Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Spell is such a great teacher who is passionate about business and sincerely wants you to succeed. You will learn so much from this course!

    Course highlights:

What I gained from this course was an understanding of the different areas of business and a broad overview of courses to come. It was a good basis before diving into other business courses.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay updated on current events! Professor Spell always spends the first portion of class going over things going on in the world so be ready to talk about these events.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I found this class to be easy in what was required from us. There was a lot of open book assignments, and also a lot of group work, the hardest part, of course, was the exam.

    Course highlights:

I was able to learn, what tools I would need to be able to start up my own business, the ability to make my own decisions with the knowledge of why and how I needed to do that.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This is a great course to take for gaining the knowledge of starting a business and being able to go out on your own.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This was without a doubt my favorite and most interesting college course I have taken to date. Professor Spell is very engaging and witty when it comes to keeping him students attentive in class.

    Course highlights:

I thoroughly enjoyed discussing new topics and ideas every class while also being able to laugh and enjoy myself while learning. I learned how to truly think outside of my comfort zone and come up with real world solutions to problems happening around us every day, wether it be in our community or globally.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My suggestion would be to definitely read over the topics in the text before you go into class. Having a little understanding of the topics you will discuss will help you immensely as you will be able to follow along with the instructor easier and things will become much clearer to you once they are explained in person.
