Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class is very informative and you learn a lot about people and why they behave the way they do in life. You learn about the brain and how it affects the body and behaviors of people. Also you learn about the illnesses and conditions that cause defects or changes in people and the way they talk, interact, and behave.

    Course highlights:

From this course, I learned how the brain works and how each part of the brain has a different function for the body. Also I learned the truth about certain misconceptions in psychology, such as hypnosis, reinforcement, photographic memory, and psychologists being psychics. These are some of the most common misconceptions in psychology and the class definitely told the truth about these conceptions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You should annotate your notes and study them because there is a lot of information and it can get overwhelming at the last second, like most AP classes. Also you should make a review sheet for tests at least 2 days before the test because the tests are long and they do have a lot of different parts.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would absolutely reccommend this course of study! I have learned more about myself and the others around me through this course. It has taught me several aspects of the mind and body. All information learned has kept me fascinated and interested, only wanting to learn more.

    Course highlights:

I have gained many beneficial aspects from taking this course. I have learned about my brain and body and the ratio of the two, as well as learnt about others around me. Specifically, I have learned how to lucid dream. How to take control of my dreams, as a person who consistently dreamt of solely nightmares, this was one of the most fascinating lessons learned. The utmost beneficial aspect of this course is the realism of it all. This course taught lessons that could be taken in everyday life, taught us occurrences happening to so many people, how to understand them, and how it happens.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed, study! Specifically, with my teacher, we received notes in the form of powerpoint slides. These slides helped to create outlines in which served as tremendous help as a study tool. Interest, is what allowed for me to learn and excell in this course, being so fascinated by what was taught helped to understand the lessons learned.
