    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Totally recommend for the challenge! It's not just an addition of math into science, but a fusion of both that can be taken and applied in the real world around you.

    Course highlights:

Learned everything from kinematics to thermodynamics. You get to build a pumpkin launcher (otherwise known as a catapult), construct a cardboard boat to be entered into the Shaker HS Regatta Boat Race and go to the Six Flags amusement park to visit the rollercoasters.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Try, try and keep trying. Don't give up, it gets frustrating as it's not the classic science courses like Biology, Chemistry, or Earth Science.
