Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this class to many one was is or going to take up human anatomy and physiology. Mr.Jose is very hand on , and care very deeply about his students. He'll let you do one on one after class if you need more help. His very determined to make sure his students success . He makes learning fun.

    Course highlights:

The highlights I learnt from this course was I got introduced to all of the major organ systems of the body. Also, I learnt how to keep the organs working to keep you alive.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

What you need to succeed in human anatomy and physiology do class lecture or do as many listen to online lectures posted after each class if you don’t have a lecture class. Well read on the reading assignments posted on blackboard. Best way to stay on top is reading ,so you understand the basic concepts during lecture. So good tips ,will be take 30-35 minutes rereading over your notes. Whenever the professor speaks or say something write it down. If any students ask a question please, write it down. Also, it very handy to do flashcards to help you study.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

He is the best at making sure he breaks the information down to "english". He makes it fun and interesting. The thing I loved most about Dr.B is that he wants his students to succeed. He basically tells you to know all the information, but he breaks it down so that it is not so overwhelming. He goes over it until you understand it.

    Course highlights:

This class was quite informative so there is no way, I could list everything I learned. Two things particularly are cilia and how it moves, and I do not think I will ever forget the sliding filament theory. It was difficult to grasp at first, but Dr. B decided to have us act out the process. Several students acted out the key roles of calcium, acetlycholine, troponin, tropomoysin, and potassium. He was interactive with us and it helped learn the information.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

The class is difficult because of the amount of information, but it's not impossible to get an A in the class. It takes hours outside of the classroom though. This is a class that you get out what you put in. Study, study, study.
