    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

She makes sure that you will learn all the information, as she allows you to come in after to get help or ask as many questions as you have about the material.

    Course highlights:

Through this class we learned alot involving the periodic table and the conversion equations. The highlights would have to be when we did the lab were we used a bunsen burner to change the colors based on which material we placed in the flame.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do the nightly homework and make sure to study the good notes we take in class.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking this course because then you are prepared for it when you take it in college.

    Course highlights:

I love solving problems, figuring out patterns, and predicting products of an equation. Chemistry is all about that. There's always this pattern you have to look at and see the problem and say ok this is what I think it is. It's also very specific.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Practice, practice, practice. Repetition is the key to succeeding and maintains a good grade in chemistry. Asking questions and working with others also helps. Don't be afraid to ask the teacher after class if you need help.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course focuses on ideas that are complex yet easy to understand, and give you a basic knowledge of chemistry for real world experiences.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed this course, I thought the lessons were well planned out and were made to be taught in a fun way. I got basic math skills as well as science, which can be important based on which career you choose. This class not only covers basics, but goes into details things like the periodic table, mole conservations, and scientific notation. These things are especially useful in other science classes, because once you learn them they keep reappearing in many real life situations.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Kepp up on homework and class work, and get help from friends if needed.
