Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it has taught me to have stamina. Pre-cal is not easy to those who struggle with math, but this class will help you in the future. I saw that with effort and spending time studying I am able to succeed in math class. The placement test for college has lots of the math we do in pre cal which will help understand the problems more.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course is that it helped me be more determined to do better. I had a great teacher that answered questions in the parts we got confused. I learned that you can’t pass math if you don’t study. Math really takes time and thinking you have to be concentrated when the lesson is being taught or you will be confused later on. I learned that I can't give up when things get tough I have to keep going like just like a math problem.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give if someone is considering this course in high school is to take it because it will help before you take calculus. The course is a bit challenging, but studying the notes and going through the homework will really help. In order to succeed you need to get a graphing calculator as well. Taking notes will have to always be the number one thing you do because you will use those to study off them. Make study groups with friends so you can have a more help system if you don’t understand something.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend it if it is not apart of your school curriculum. If your are able to be distracted easily, many teachers go through lessons faster than some.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was learning about topics that I as a student would use in a pre-calculus course that would be difficult to learn without some prior knowledge.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay great attention to this course because more than likely, in your first year of college pre-calculus as core math course.
