    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course as it forced me to find my own study habits, challenge myself in ways I had not been before, learn to write very effective essays and devote lots of time to achieve a satisfying grade. It allowed me to be less ignorant about not only the United States' history but the world's as well, leaving me more educated as the year went by.

    Course highlights:

I left this course with a higher understanding of the world we live in, and left with very valuable and useful skills as well.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Students will need to know that this course will take time out of your schedule, whether that be the constant essays, the homework assignments or the daily readings. Although this course takes time and patience, it is a course that you will not regret taking as the things you take away from the course are much more valuable than the time you spent studying.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend AP World History for any student because although the work is hard and the essay levels heavy it was an amazing class to be a part of. I will never forget the fun I had and what I learned in that class even if the teacher was kind of off-beat.

    Course highlights:

I learned all about former civilizations, ancient art and music, I learned all about the world and how it came to be the way it is today. In this class we had hundreds of papers and projects but our teacher would be so passionate and lively we always ended up having a good time. The highlights had to be the amazing and almost unbelievable stories he would tell us about the cultures of past empires and their customs that in modern times would be considered barbaric, inhumane, of just weird.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Never skip the readings. He will give you passages from the book to read and it is a very, very, very bad idea to ignore them. As long as you try hard you can get a good grade though.
