    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it informs you on yourself. It reveals how you are treated and perceived in society based on your sex. Throughout the course you also get to learn how your sex is treated in different societies. The course is a real eye-opener. You can either become aware of your opression or become aware of your edge in society.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course was female to male rape. Many people hear this topic and laugh because they don't think it's possible. I was one of those peopel. However, the course changed my opinion. Now I am really informed on the fact that anyone could rape anyone. It doesn't matter how strong or weak you are. Anyone can get raped. It's just the stigma that men have to hold doesn't allow them to be taken serioously. Men are thought to be always sexually active and stronger than females.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You should enter the class open minded. If you listen to what is being presented and listen to the other students around you, you will learn a great deal about society and how it affects everyone differently. You must also respect the beliefs of othes as they should respect yours. For example, when you learn about abortion, there will be different views expressed because of different religions. Please go in open minded.
