    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would strongly recommend this class for all students. Mr. Smith maintains a constant level of energy in this class that never goes away. Even though it is an AP class he still prepares us to use physics in the real world as well. He does this through interactive lectures, fun labs, and real life scenarios.

    Course highlights:

During the extent of this class, I have learned an immense amount of materials such as dynamics, Newton's laws, and my personal favorite projectile motion. When learning these materials Mr. Smith takes doesn't just load you down with worksheets. He gives you a variety of assignments that are somewhat time-consuming, but very enjoyable. For an example, when we were studying projectile motion we got to each personally build a rocket and launch them! I believe by doing labs and classwork in this form it is preparing us both for the AP test and usage of physics in later life, which I greatly appreciate.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are considering taking Ap Physics my advice to you is that you make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. This class will require you to think and work in ways you might not be used to. I would recommend this class to any student looking for a fun but challanging science and has an attitude for learning.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Smith is one of the most incredible teachers i've ever had. He is fully devoted to his job, and he is willing to help in any way he can. His teaching provides extensive information, and it makes physics possible to learn. He has a very kind personality, and he doesn't insist on showing his authority when he can.

    Course highlights:

Throughout the course i learned physics thoroughly. I feel completely prepared for the AP test.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Fully prepare yourself to work hard. Make sure you're devoted to learning and setting aside time to pursue a good grade. More than anything make sure you understand the material. Physics builds off of each lesson.
