Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is designed to teach students many different genres of past written English. Many of the novels are interesting due to the fact that they are so diverse and different than what we are used to during the time in which we are growing up in.

    Course highlights:

I learned how writing has changed through time and how different writing styles used to be compared to now.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to keep up with the workload and independent reading because if you slack you will fall behind and not fully understand what is being discussed during class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because if you do end up scoring a positive grade in the AP exam (which you have a good chance of achieving with Mrs. Burt) you can gain college credits and save money in the long-run.

    Course highlights:

English composition/writing skills is a necessary skill in nearly any field you may lan to pursue a career in, so AP English prepares you in a way for your future career and helps with basic life requirements.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Actually do the reading, it helps more than you would think. Have your own notebook for the course as well, and be prepared to write in class quite a bit. Not a great ton of homework either (ad you get four homework passes for the year).
