    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Of course, as with all high school courses, the class and how it's taught all depends on the teacher. With Eng. 2 Honors, it can be very stressful if you don't manage your time very well. There are lots of books (My teacher gave us one every month) with Socratic discussions at the end of the book and papers to write periodically.

    Course highlights:

I learned quite a bit about history through other countries, really, along with many grammatical things that I hadn't never learned and the debunking of old ones we had engrained in us.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Set aside time at home where you put away all electronics (unless you're writing your paper) and read or study or do your homework. Manage your time, keep reminders. You'll feel better if you do. And always remember, mental health is important too. Don't get too stressed over it.
