Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a challenging course but it is really fun to participate in the discussions with your classmates. This is two year course and it takes a lot of writing and reading to be able to get a good grade and to pass the class.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed learning about Canada and how it became to be one nation. It was interesting to learn about how the United States was involved.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always take notes and stay on top of your assignments! It really helps.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because I broadens your mindset of what actually happened in American history.

    Course highlights:

I have only taken this year long course for one quarter but during that time I have learned about three important events in American history. The creation of the Constitution and the Articles of Confederation, Latin American Caudillos such as Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna and Juan Manuel de Rosas, and the war of 1812. this may seem like a fast pace class (which it is), it is extremely helpful to make this class a fast pace class because then we have more knowledge of the history of the Americas. It also a great preparation for IB testing.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study hard and take lots of notes. You will need it. Also, spend time on your in class essays and make sure all of your information is relevant to the topic! There are many people who make that mistake!
