Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone that's going in to the medical field or actually anyone that is struggling with any form of stress, anxiety, or depression. It helps you to understand what is going on in the body and what strategies you can use to overcome them.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the fact that it was actually relevant to my life and not just some random class that's mandatory to take.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always take notes and read, also take practice quizzes online to help ensure good grades on test day.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The knowledge you gain in this class is very useful and will carry onto every part of your life.

    Course highlights:

I gained a lot of knowledge about myself through this course, which not a lot of other classes will help with. From a certain chapter, I learned that how much I sleep really DOES impact my day and my cognitive ability like my mom said.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this class, you need to be thorough. If you decide it's not important to read and take notes, your test scores will reflect that. After you've gotten behind it's hard to catch up, but if you stay on task and get things done when they're supposed to, you will benefit from it!
