Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Most of the information that is taught is out dated. Books we use for class were published in 2003 and 2006. That much of a time lapse is not good for science and health classes

    Course highlights:

I learned about how unhealthy my diet is, how emotionally damaged I am, and what anaerobic and aerobic work outs really are.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you do take this class I recommend answering as little questions in class as possible. Sometimes he gets rude if the answer is wrong or not exactly worded the way he wants.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is a freshmen required course. I was told that Dr, Morris was the best professor and although I haven't met the other professors, I would like to agree. Great class.

    Course highlights:

Dr. Morris is a great professor. He covers all dimensions of health and has a fairly relaxed class. He provides many opportunities to learn the concepts. He also has extra credit opportunities.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is quite simple and easy but there is a ten-page final paper. I recommend starting the paper at the beginning of the course. That is the only large assignment of the class.
