Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this course because it covers a broad range of material about history from pre-historic to modern times. In looking at history there are many differing viewpoints and for studying a given milestone. Looking at more than one angle is very valuable.
Within this course my teacher gave us college level essays to read and augment our textbook. This experience got us ready to think about how college courses are structured and what may be required in a higher education setting. He chose a range of articles and case studies to help us think about material.
