Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course to those who are expecting to go into any field involving chemistry. I have had many friends go off to college and say that taking chemistry in high school has definitely helped and prepared them for college. I had a great chemistry teacher with tons of knowledge, who was able to help me and answer any questions I had.

    Course highlights:

Some highlights of this course were labs and quizzes which made me study and understand what I learned. In this course I learned about atomic structures, the periodic table, chemical bonding, and states of matter. There are many other things I learned about in chemistry but those were a few of my favorites.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course questions need to be asked and after school help is provided. Also notes should be study every day to get a good understanding of what was taught.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was one of the best classes I have taken. I enjoyed Chemistry very much when I took this class. We learned a lot, but it was very important and is helping me now in AP Chem. I did very well in this class and learned a lot of important information in a short amount of time.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this class, in my opinion, was learning about was chemical reactions and stoichiometry. At first, I struggled with it because it requires a lot of math, but I eventually grasped it and understood it. It is actually my favorite lesson that we had in Chemistry.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you are able to do math to a certain extent because it is very important. It is very important when doing stoichiometry. Also, just make sure you listen because everything you learn is very important in things you do later in the class.
