    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend taking this course for anyone who is interested in a career in the sciences. It was very interesting and covered a wide range of biological topics that would interest anyone willing to put in the work necessary to succeed in a college level biology course.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of my year was the assignment we were given to research and perform an experiment of our choice on a topic of our choice. It gave me the ability to participate in a more realistic setting much like one would do if they were in a science related career.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The most important thing to succeed in this class would be to do the recommended reading before class. This allowed me to really focus on the teacher's lecture and absorb much more of the material. Plus, this means less studying the day before one of the big tests. The labs take a long time to complete, so don't leave them until the day before or you will get very frustrated and worn out.
