    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

For someone looking for a vigorous, challenging English course, this isn't it. It is taught at the school as a Duel Enrollment course, and is online. The workload is not challenging in the least, but helpful for someone who may have an already work-heavy class list.

    Course highlights:

Personally, I really did not learn any new information about English in this course. The assignments involved applying and developing the skills we already had. There is one paper at the end of the course as the final exam, and that was probably the most interesting part of the class, considering we could pick our own topics.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

As long as you remember most of the skills from previous English classes, you should be set. The work for a whole week can be completed, in many cases, in under 1-2 hours. If you are looking for an easier English course, this is the class for you. There was one paper at the end of the course, and the other assignments are quite easy.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She teaches you how to write effective, detailed papers. You will have intellectual discussions with her and the peers in your class. She prepares you for an English you will expect to take in college. She is hard on the workload, but it all has a purpose.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this class were definitely novel discussions. I learned how to write papers, better my public speakings skills, and look at certain topics from different perspectives.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't get an attitude at the workload. This is what college is like, so remember everything you learn and store it for later.
