Not too easy. Not too difficult.
SUPA Psychology is a fantastic course I think everyone in my school should try to take. It really made me look deeper into why people are the way they are, not only that, but the course had some really great information on how to remain in peak condition, which has no doubt helped my studies.
The human development unit was one of the most memorable. It showed the different stages and crises that most people will experience. One example is the "Identity vs. Role" crisis almost every teenager goes through, and how that at this stage people struggle with who they want to be against who they are expected to be, and its completely natural.

Advice for students:
Anyone considering this course should do the reading and take additional notes outside of class. The lecture covers most of the important details, but the book describes the rest in great detail.
