    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Algebra II Triginometry can be a very challenging course for some students. In my case math has always been one of my downfalls in school so while I was taking trig I struggled but my teacher always helped me and allowed me to stay with her for extra help. I took this course because it is recommended to graduate high school and i wanted to challenge myself. I definitely faced a challenge but without the help of my teacher I wouldn't have passed the common core exam and gotten a higher grade than I expected.

    Course highlights:

Taking trig has allowed me to use prior knowledge in Pre calculus because in pre calc there is alot of old trig skills involved so, by taking trig last year many of the lessons we were taught this year in pre calc were much easier because the content was already introduced in years prior. I learned many different ways to solve equations, plot graphs, use many formulas, and sin, cosine, and tangent.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The best advice I can give to students who will take this course in the future is to study for your tests and quizzes and when you are not understanding something get help from your teacher because chances are they will help you. The more help you receive from your teacher the better overall outcome and you are more likely to succeed rather than fall behind. Set yourself up for a challenge but if you are struggling take advantage of the resources around you.
