Dr. Fagin did an excellent job of ensuring that we learned the differences and similarities between the four different types of programming paradigms. I still use some of this information to this day!
I learned about the four different paradigms and learned to really appreciate Object Oriented languages. I think learning Prolog was one of the coolest (although not terribly useful) things I learned in the major!

Map your study material to the objectives that Dr. Fagin lays out. There is nothing on the test that isn't in one of the objectives and mapping the objectives will ensure that you didn't miss studying a topic for the test.
